More and more people are choosing to go vegan for a variety of reasons; whether it be for health, environmental, and/or ethical reasons, many people are making the switch. Vegetarians are individuals who reject eating meat, fish, and poultry. Additionally, vegetarians pass on other products of animals, including eggs and dairy products.
